I have watched chiropractic change so many lives, including my own. Receiving regular chiropractic adjustments is to the body’s state of wellness just as brushing your teeth and flossing is to your oral health. Just as a person brushes their teeth and flosses to prevent cavities, regular chiropractic adjustments keep the body functioning at an optimal level by relieving any interference in the nervous system that could be causing other problems in the body. Chiropractors are doctors of the nervous system, the same system that controls every nerve, tissue, cell, and organ in your body…why would you not want to give this system the utmost care?! I am currently studying at San Diego State to become a chiropractor myself! In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, working out, camping, traveling and relaxing at the beach. I am a big family person and tend to spend most of my free-time with my siblings, my parents, or my cousins. |
