My take on fitness...

There are many elements in life that we cannot change but the number of visits to the doctors office or the amount of medication we take does not have to be among these elements. Neither does a negative self image.

Whoever you are - with every fitness goal you achieve, big or small, you will be adding a sense of pride, power and confidence back into your being. And that is a beautiful thing.

Keys to reaching your goals...

Your mind is powerful - it can either get you through anything or prevent you from doing everything. So work hard, stay dedicated, and ditch the excuses.

My hobbies...

Fitness is my escape, so when I'm not working I'm usually lost in nature either walking, jogging, mountain biking or on some adventurous camping trip. But don't be fooled by all this activity, I also really enjoy my me time. It's my time to relax, regroup, and reenergize before a new week.
